The Bernese Oberland through the eyes of a Lucerne native. Bruno Müller-Meyer's third summer exhibition at Galerie Vitrine shows oil paintings of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, the north face of the Eiger or the drop of the Wetterhorn against the Grosse Scheidegg that fill an entire wall. Civilisation, people with their fears, worries and wishes have no place in this form of contemporary landscape painting. What counts for Müller-Meyer is the breathtaking rhythm of steep faces, glaciers, waterfalls and rock formations.
